Location

Kalia properties are located in the fast growing northwestern province of Guancaste “The Gold Coast” on the Nicoya Peninsula starting with Emerald Woods, Ruby Sky, and Black Beauty Villages situated 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) north of the town of Nosara and Diamond Cove Village which is 21 kilometers (13 miles) northwest of Tambor on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula in Paquera.
