Bahia residents can enjoy the panoramic views of Playa Ocotal, Bahia Culebra and Playa Mata Palo. Playa Ocotal is famous for the naturally protected bay with the rocky shore and tranquil, clear waters for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving and whale watching.

These Tropical Costa Rican style condos are architecturally designed to harmonize with their natural tropical surroundings. Bahia consists of eighteen, three story buildings with one unit per floor for a total of 54 units. The buildings are distributed throughout the property in pairs. Each pair consists of only 6 units, which can enjoy the use of an infinity edge pool, sunning deck, covered terrace with barbecue area and tropical gardens with water features.

Land-based activities include a spa, birding, turtle watching, botanical tours, golf, polo, tennis, ATV and 4-wheel drive tours, zip lining (known as canopy tours), horseback riding, waterfall trips, mountain biking, motocross, Harley Davidson rides, trekking, volcano expeditions, butterfly farms, hummingbird parks, cave exploration and coffee tours.

Commercial Area: Small Village

Residents have access to a mini supermarket, 24-hour pharmacy, small health clinic, and movie and beach gear rentals.

The entire community is protected by professional, private security guards.  The residences will consist of three- and four-story towers, with only one residence per floor for maximum privacy.  The residences, ranging from two to four bedrooms, will have luxury finishing’s in the bathrooms, living rooms and dining rooms such as natural stone flooring, granite kitchen countertops, marble bathroom countertops, double-paned windows and solid wood doors.  Kitchens will come fully equipped with top-of-line stainless steel appliances, and each residence will have its own washer and dryer in the laundry area.  Ocean views can be had from the bedrooms, bathrooms, social areas and terraces.

The buildings are built in pairs at slight angles from one another to maximize privacy, tranquility and enjoyment; each pair of buildings has its own infinity edge swimming pool.
